user flow
Based on research and user needs, I drew up a user flow to describe how users would interact with the new functionality
Low fidelity design concepts
I completed low fidelity work to demonstrate how a “review” section could be added to the form, and how review updates could be communicated to users
High fidelity design concepts
High fidelity designs were drawn up to show the addition of a “review application” button, and add a section to the form where admins could updated review status, and users could see the reflected changes and comments
User testing
High fidelity prototypes were shown to users.
Final designs
Final designs updated language around design approval to be more clear in both the dashboard and form. They also added an overview of an app’s overall review status.
